1. Returns

We do not accept returns on any food products once delivered, unless:

  • The product is damaged during transit
  • You receive a wrong item or incorrect order

In such cases, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your order.


2. Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

  • The product was damaged upon delivery (photo proof required)
  • You received the wrong product
  • The order was canceled before shipping

Once your request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.


3. Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges at this time. If you receive a defective or wrong item, we will either replace it or issue a refund based on availability.


4. Cancellation Policy
